Student clinics:

At Wellington College of Homeopathy, students commence their clinical practice training in Year Two of the Diploma course and complete it over the next three years. There are two aspects to clinical training-observation where the students observe a clinical tutor in practice, and supervised practice.

Observation takes place at Student Clinic when students observe by closed circuit video transmission while the homeopath (who is the Clinical Tutor) does the consultation in a separate room.

Supervised case experience allows the student to practise homeopathy in a 'risk free' environment by enabling them to conduct a homeopathic consultation under full supervision of a registered homeopath.

When a client attends the Student Clinic, the College offers the client the consultation at a reduced cost. Where other students observe by video while the homeopath does the consultation, there is a further reduction in the consultation cost.

Other therapists who practise at the Clinic:

Christoph Huelsmann, NZCCP - member, Reg. Clinical Psychologist
